What does Cyan Edge Consulting do?

How do engagements start?
With a Discovery Sprint: workshops, fast audit (product/ops/tech), baseline KPIs, and a 90-day action plan.
What deliverables should we expect?
GTM plans, PRDs/tech packs, BOM & supplier shortlists, SOPs/runbooks, architecture & integration specs, dashboards, OKR cadences, and training/playbooks.
How do you measure success?
